Strength & Conditioning Group Class
Geared towards those looking to build strength, endurance and speed, all while increasing their mobility. All classes consist of a Warm-up, Skill/Strength session, Workout of the Day, & a Finisher or Cooldown.
Modifications can be made for ALL movements.
Wednesdays at 5:30PM.
Held at Heart to Heart Fitness in Akwesasne, NY.

Muscle Mommies
Geared towards Postpartum women who are wanting to get back to a fitness routine/or dive into one for the first time. We focus on mind body connection, getting back to the basics, coach workouts that are individually tailored to each participant, all while looking out for symptoms that might tell us we are doing too much too fast.
Open to all fitness levels.

Nutrition & Healthy Habits Group
Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle or take on a body recomposition, we can assist as best as we can!
Our Healthy Habits group consists of members wanting to introduce and maintain healthy habits into their life, and utilize various challenges we host to help them through their health journey. Some of the most recent challenges we hosted were a Steps Challenge and a Water Challenge!
